Celebrating the Opening of the
NCPD Center for Training & Intelligence,
Honoring
First Assistant Commissioner David S. Mack,
& the Nassau County Police Exploring Program
Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 6:00pm – 9:00pm
One Law Enforcement Way, Garden City, NY 11530
In order to provide a proper facility for the Nassau County Police Department to train recruits and officers, the NCPD Foundation embarked on a campaign to raise the funds necessary to help build a state-of-the-art police academy. The NCPD Center for Training & Intelligence broke ground in Spring of 2019 and this Gala will celebrate its grand opening. Funds raised from this event will support the continued operation of this facility, as well as the creation of a training village which will be a unique space for first responders and the community to train together. Further, funds raised will support the NCPD Law Enforcement Exploring program which brings socio economically diverse youth together from across Nassau County to learn important life skills. Over 300 youth explorers are a part of this amazing program which teaches community service making them well-rounded community members. We thank you for your support.
